True faces of the Independence March, 2021 Warsaw
True faces of the Independence March, 2021 Warsaw
Many thousands of Poles attented Independence March in Warsaw on 11.11.2021. Unlike last year’s march, which saw many violent attacks by some participants, this event passed very peacefully. Xenophobic and anti-LGBT rhetoric was, however, present but not prevalent while small section of the procession displayed white supremacist symbols.
The March had, like Poland (and almost every land and society) many faces. My aim is to show them how the were. To show the true - „True faces of the Independence March, 2021 Warsaw”.
