Corpus Floret
Corpus Floret
The photographic project "Corpus Floret" explores the connection between the aesthetics of the human body and the plant world, blossoming into a series of evocative compositions.
The works are handmade collages, created by cutting out artistic nude Fine Art photographs and recomposing them. Each composition invites contemplation of the bond that unites all living forms. The creation of the collages involved cutting out over 800 images, each characterized by slight variations and small imperfections that reflect their entirely handcrafted nature.
In a world dominated by frenetic rhythms and images, "Corpus Floret" proposes a concept of slow art, offering an opportunity to reconnect with the sense of balance and extraordinary harmony that the floral world can communicate.
Author
Graduated from the Higher Institute of Photography and Visual Arts in Padua, I am a Professional Photographer for over twenty years.
My art explores themes related to the body, identity, and human perception, using techniques that integrate visual and conceptual elements. I work predominantly in studio, avoiding post-production manipulations that might betray the expressive and compositional truth of each shot. National and international exhibitions, and recognitions, have allowed my works to travel towards and through many gazes.
