Tales of a Salt Lake

Hutt Lagoon is a significant salt lake due to the presence of controlled producing algae. The lagoon contains Dunaliella salina microalgae, which gives the water its series of artificial pinks, giving some spectacular colours and shapes. In the relevant areas of this lake, nature has presented a series of pure magic in the form of distinct shapes and varying colours. The man-made sections meanwhile create spectacular geometric shapes and colours, making for some eye-catching images.
